VICTORIOUS - SATURDAY & SUNDAY HEADLINERS ANNOUNCED

Just Announced ... Stereophonics, Elbow and Madness Headline Victorious Festival

The first wave of acts include Jake Bugg, Feeder, Franz Ferdinand and Slaves.

Having previously revealed Madness as the headliner for the all-new Friday night Opening Party, the festival is proud to announce legends Stereophonics and Elbow as top of the bill for Saturday and Sunday.

Support comes from indie-folk troubadour Jake Bugg, power pop trio Feeder, folk rockers Frightened Rabbit, alt-rock upstarts Sundara Karma, feted grime artist and rapper Lady Leshurr and lo-fi London four piece Palace.

Headlining Sunday and providing the perfect finale to the best Victorious Festival yet are Mercury-winning Mancunian maestros Elbow. Enjoying critical acclaim for imminent new album Little Fictions, Elbow’s beautiful ballads and life-affirming indie-rock anthems will make for a sublime crescendo.

Also appearing on Sunday’s bill are art-rockers Franz Ferdinand, nu-punk duo Slaves, multi-award winning singer-songwriter KT Tunstall, Tanzanian rapper Tiggs Da Author and garage punk outfit Crows.

Festival director Andy Marsh said “We are immensely proud of this year’s line up. We’ve worked really hard to secure the very best acts – band and artists we personally love. We literally have the crown jewels of the British music industry night after night and we still have so much more to announce."
